Protect pack data
Do not send CSV, JSON or PDF exports by default. If a file is essential, replace Scout aliases, codes, descriptions and amounts with fictitious values first.
Common checks
Confirm that the pack currency is correct before adding transactions. Expenses and fees are saved as money out; balance adjustments preserve the sign entered. Review every imported CSV row before adding it to the ledger.
Purchases
PackLedger is free and fully unlocked. Optional tips are consumable, unlock nothing and cannot be restored. For billing or refund questions, use Apple or Google’s purchase support.
Response
Support is provided by Meskatech in Italian or English, normally within five business days.
